We bottomed out at 20m - no OW ticket, this was our second dive with the same instructor and my buddy has his advanced open water too.
I've snorkelled a lot & used a Hooker in the past - just never strapped a tank on. So we were noobs but not total noobs.
The company is called Dive Concepts - they have 3 locations around Bali. Tulamben is the only one with a shore based wreck dive though.
Be prepared - it's a 3 hour drive from down town Kuta. Dive concepts have accomodation for $15 per night - next time I'd plan to stay 2-3 days and do more dives on the wreck.
They also have a restaurant on site.
Our dives cost $30 aud each inc gear hire.
