Also, I heard/read that RAC are doing some stuff at the Motorplex once a month or something? You use the whole staging areas, te car parks and the roads in that area. The idea is that you have more than just a car park; you have roads, obsticals and other road users (other learners) to negotiate but all in a closed and monitored environment where everyone is on the same page.
