Welcome mate. Love your ambition but it's a long process doing a proper RX to WRX swap. Not to say it can't be done but you would save a lot of time and money (especially in the long term) by just buying a WRX.

Keep this car as a good daily thrasher and save your pennies for a WRX or even a nice GC8 STI and get all the goodies that Subaru offer.
