As some of you know I lost my first wrx to hail damage from the march storm so I replaced it with a 2004 MY05 STI.
The vehicle was purchased from a fellow p-wrx member (BILLY88), and was in immaculate condition when I got it.Some of the engine mods that the previous owner did include a Butler tbe, all induction & turbo pipes replaced with silicone hose, oil catch can, SS inductions CAI & Verso tune. There's probably other bits that I've forgotten, as well as some shiny "bling" bits under the bonnet.
Suspension & other mods included King SSL springs, Perrin front strut brace & HID headlights.
As the car is used predominately as a daily driver I wanted to set up the car as a fast, reliable street vehicle that would still let me have some fun on track days. So any changes I've made & all future mods I have planned are designed to achieve this result. So far I've had the clutch replaced, & I've fitted some Federal 595RS-R tyres (thanks Doug). I've also fitted DBA drilled & slotted rotors, had a roll centre kit & more agressive wheel alignment performed by Wheels world, and had a 3port Mac valve & retune done by ASG.
The only future mods I have planned at this stage are a STI shortshifter with associated bushes & a group N g/box mount, front & rear stabilizer bars & ALK.
On the cosmetic side I want to get some gutter rash on my wheels repaired by Alliance & the paint touched up on the front bar where there is a couple of scrapes.

Cheers for the comments guys.
Burke, the fuse box cover was made by the previous owner from aluminium with a sti sticker on it. The alt cover is from this mob http://www.agency-power.com/catalog/...7-p-45357.html.Posted 20-08-2010 at 07:42 PM by grumpyrex -

Nice STI mate. I like the fuse box cover.. real blingy! Just needs a front lip, rims painted black and you'd have one hot looking STI!
