My Trusty Steed

So This is my Current ride.

The infamous RS2.5, Not A GX But Not Quite A WRX.

I Have had the car for 3 yrs now and havent really done anything to it except drive the shit out of it.
The Car has nearly done 200,000kms and to quite frank is still feeling good.

Mods Are: Custom exhaust - 2.5" Inch off Headers - into cat then 2.25" all the way through to a "superturbo" muffler with a 2.5" Tip.
Alpine Deck with Full Ipod Control & "Blaze" Tinted windows.

i have some cheap tyres that are all i can afford and they have done me for just over 2.5yrs

The car has been in 2 crashes, both reasonably minor. 1 Versing a landcruiser - land cruiser won quite decidedly and the second was the car doing its best impression of a ballerina and spinning mid corner on me on wattle rd a couple of weeks ago.

Ok So the car is currently sitting in my garage with a big dent in the guts, a space saver and a limestone dust everywhere.
the car drives ok and there is no suss noises from the car so its only a cosmetic problem.

i have been thinking of what to do as come this friday i am a tradie, so with my certificate comes with a decent paycheck......finally.

I cant afford to get rid of the car yet, the car is worth even less broken and to be honest i still havent finished my fun in the yet.


So I have devised a plan of what id like to happen to the car in coming months so i can get to look and do what i want it to and have wanted to since i got the car.

Comments would be great.

OK the plan is.

Get the car fixed and back on the road.
get the 200k service done. ( This is a given)

Performance:
- Some 17" Rims with some sticky rubber for ahg/rac driving days and no limits nights.
- Getting a polyurethene bush kit and getting some rigidity back through the car. possibly a rear strut brace( dont know if this is needed but hey why not)
- Pod filter and getting rid of the stock airbox/pipe and get something that will help the car breath easier.
-Tune???? I dont know if this can be done or even if its worth it but im just throwing it out there.

Cosmetic:

De wing and get a lip spoiler for the rear.

WRC Blue Pinstriping for down the sides of the car with the RS logo Above it.

Front Seats Recovered as they are both worn and need some livening up. i thinking recovered in leather with the rs logo stitched into the backs - ala sti seats -

de badge boot and just leave the rs logo and the impreza badge.

So thats the rough plan. id like to get most of if not all done by july :D
