I havn't read the entire 12 previous pages and it may have already been mentioned but I feel it's important to mention that there may be problems with using the supplied loom and relay.

I fitted a set of these horns yesterday for a customer with the relay loom that was provided in the group buy. The problem is that the loom is wired to suit a traditional relay with 30 & 87 on opposite sides of the relay yet the supplied Hella relay has adjacent 30 & 87. What this means is that as soon as the pos and neg are connected to the battery the relay energises regardless of whether the horn is pressed. The horn will still work, but it is effectively un-relayed. Worse is that eventually the battery in the car will be slowly discharged by the relay coil being permananty energised. Worst case would be a wiring fire.

To determine if your set up has the incorrect relay simply remove the fuse from the fuse holder and listen to see if the relay clicks as you re-insert the fuse. If so, seek assistance from an expert.

Yeah, It's wrong. It's compounded by the wiring colours changing inside the heat shrink so it's imposible to easily trace the power and earth without destroying the sheath. Easiest solution if yours makes the click when you remove/install the fuse is to purchase a standard over the counter spotlight realy for ~$12 and replace the supplied one with that. The normal pin configuration for relays is for the 30 and 85 to be the 'Tee' shaped pins. Find one like that and you're in biz.
