Well seeing the thread is closed & I wasn't around for the weekend & just read the balance of the replies.

all i have to say is:

1/ thanks for the people you actually read the post & read it for what it actually was someone who how got crap service etc.
for the record at no stage was i abusive to the people at JW- not my style especially if i was after my $$$ back. think about it. cheers

2/ for the guys/gals who had a 'great experience' i am happy for you really

3/ read FORUM HEADER - COMPLAINTS & GRIEVANCES that's what this particular section is for.

4/ for those great classic comments ' grow a bridge...', 'no experience' etc - funny shit & doesn't add anything valuable.


5/ Car was fixed within the same day thanks to someone who wishes to stay anonymous & provided the part at a lower cost. thanks man.
