Drive a car not registered to yourself and park it where ever you damn well please. The fines only stop you from graduating or getting library books etc. Last time I checked it was an internal Curtin function of fining people, not government... So what can they really do?

I've heard placing a ticket under your wiper works well, they see that and shrug and walk off. Otherwise don't pay the fine, how do they know who's car it is and if it belongs to a student or not? They shouldn't have access to DPI databases and what not. Otherwise just remove plates before attending class, replace them when leaving.

I got booked for not having contractor parking pass thingy - as i could count the times ive been there on 1 hand in the past 5yrs - was told to not to bother as it was an emergency.
