It "might" be amusing except this is the 2nd time it's happened and the 2nd time the driver left the scene and failed to provide details.

On freeway south this morning b-double tanker in the right lane, it took almost a minute to notice the ambulance with its lights and sirens behind it.

How come the cops never fine these right lane retards?

Probably has to do with resourcing. Although we complain a lot
about the cops they do have a shit job to do and they can't be
everywhere at once.

Having said this, if the govt was serious about the keep left thing then
they would put up signs every few kms reminding people to keep left.
I have been told in NSW there are keep left signs that also say what
the fine is for not keeping left. Serves as a good reminder.

Anyone who has diven in europe will know that the system works quite
well over there. Even to the point that we could probably get away with
fewer lanes in some spots if people actually knew how to merge correctly
and keep left unless overtaking. But hey, lets just spend more money
and make the roads wider instead of using what we have more effectively.
