You make a valid point, to which you are correct and I have no argument, I try to be optimistic when it comes to my place of employment, which is probably the ONLY reason I still have a job there. Optimism, and a sense of humour help too.

Along with Coles' prices, my enthusiasm towards my job and the general public, as well as all levels of respect, slowly diminish (down down) with my soul at that shit hole.
