Yep...property manager for 6 years, well aware but if that were to be technically correct everyone would be paying a daily amount every day to stay the 2 weeks ahead. I pay the month in advance & at some stage that will run out & another payment is made...which was today.

^ Simple, next time you stop at some lights if they have stopped a safe distance then its male. If they have rear ended you then it is female.

Could also argue that female shouldnt have left the kitchen so it must be male.

Man in a ute tailgating the car in front gets brake checked and locks up in front of me.. I'm following at a safe distance but the ute behind me nearly hits me because HE is tailgating me.. and then yells at me for braking too quickly.. ARGHHH.

Todays hate UTE drivers. (just for today).
