Hard to say what was going on from a snippet of video. It would be interesting to see what the bikes were doing previous, as you wouldn't expect a gopro to be running for a Sunday drive, but then again we don't know what was going on. Lucky no one was hurt.

Got an sms at 7:30am (before they would have done the overnight direct deposits), pretty abusive & threatening a breach if I don't pay rent by 12 today...

Firstly my rent isn't late, it was paid until midnight last night & if you waited for the banking to be done you would see a months worth of rent we paid on the weekend.

Secondly, that sort of hostility towards a long term tenant who also has a commercial property through you, who has also put up with multiple breaches on your behalf & repairs not done as well as leaving doors unlocked & one left open while we werent home for inspections is really not going to make you any friends. A simple, friendly reminder phone call or sms AFTER the banking is.done would be much more appropriate.

Thirdly, a breach? Rent isn't even a full day late & you're happy to tarnish our perfect records because you are having a power trip? A little bit overboard don't you think?

I've worked closely with her boss as well for 3 of my 6 years as PM...drafting an email to him as we speak.
