lol fuck changing a flat on the side of the road. It's not the tour de france!

I do over 120 kms a week and (touch wood) I have never gotten a flat tyre whilst on a ride. If I do, I am walking my ass to the nearest train station, getting the train with the bike, then getting picked up at the train station. No way I would change a flat on the side of the road!

My boss has about 4 punctures a week some weeks, out of 10 rides. Sometimes he is ready to give it up... but he's a persistent fucker!

Kym ... I used to bike courier in my youth. We fixed on the roadside. No drop off no pay.

Get Kevlar tyres M'D - much more puncture resistant. Less rolling resistance due to the ability to use higher tyre pressure.

I know the feeling..

not a flat but was about 5 mins from east Perth after riding from Stirling.
and a Pedal fell off, didn't have the right Allen key to to do it up again. so rolled and walked for 15 mins until I got where I was going.
thank fully I called someone and they came down with a tool other wise would have been the longest walk home ever.
