but yeah, dpi is all screwed up.
those four i lost for a chick in the back with no seat belt were before the new novice laws came in, thus still part of the original 12, but they say on here they count? and infact mean i have 0 demerits? 8-4=0?
so fkdup, and that driving on the path bullshit was just some off duty arrogant cop, made me late for tee. didnt even go near any foot path.

im sure im gunna get my nuts choped off for posting this but what the heck ill do it anyway.

when the new laws came in, I am PRETTY* sure that all previous points were erased, so you start from scratch, so you now have either 4 or 8 left....don't quote me tho, and you will get flamed for this. lol

don't think they get erased, they still count towards your twelve point limit total, but aren't part of the graduated system?

when you are a p-plater, you are in a seperate system..correct, where-by you have 4 demerits until you have been driving for one year, you then get 8 until you are off your p-plates, then 12...so make of that what you will given the circumstances that you have got 4 left.

8 months...so you have 8 points, minus 4, you have 4 left! the pic says you only lost 4 in total?

but those four were before december the 1st! before the graduated system came in! otherwise i would have been driving around for six months with out a license - and in the 40+ times i was pulled over in them 6 months, wouldn't one of them have said something?

(also note, the law i got stung with only came in three weeks before i got stung with it-more people than seat belts)
