OOoh might get Heather to do the same.. her phone is terrible, keeps dropping out.. she doesn't get messages and calls.

Betsy has the same issue, doesn't want to join the Telstra horde as they don't offer international calls under the caps within her price range

Be interesting to see what plan the HTC One S is offered on when its time to renew the plan

The exact step by step instruction on what have gotten my friends out of their contracts with Vodaphone, only had to send the handset back and all was good.
Heard that some people have been able to keep the handsets though.
