2 flat push bike tubes in one week, damn prickles...Might have to start purchasing tubes off ebay instead of the local bike shop starting to cost alot of cash...the amount of tubes chewed through in the past 2 years!!

get kevlar tyres... makes a huge difference. I've never had a flat and I do over 120kms a week

The way I understand it is that he FLED Uganda in 2006, and has since spread to Kenya and the surrounds, but it appears I am misinformed, as he did not branch out, but fled....sorry
