Tonight Vodafone said if we cancel our contract I still have to pay for the remaining months which is about 14months. We are going to tio soon but I'm assuming we will still have to pay the outstabding months?

If vodafone haven't met the terms of your contract, then via the TIO you can be released from the terms of the contract (ie not paying). But it is pointless ringing Vodafone because they don't want to lose customers - TIO ASAP!

Being pressured to lend money to the sister in law, whilst you are reluctant to lend her the money she assures you that she will pay you back the following week. She needs the money to buy a laptop through uni and can only raise 2/3s of the money hence why she is asking to borrow the money. You lend her the money on her assure cross her heart that she will pay you back the following week. Guess what the day she was supposed to pay you back came around 8 days ago. Initially her excuse for not paying the money back on that day she had promised to was that she lost her bank card and had to spend the money on groceries instead. Then she reckons she couldn't get money from a bank teller the next day. She then claims that she will transfer the money into your account instead but 5 days later still no $$sss, Oh and she avoids answering your calls and texts all week.

This is the fucking reason why I don't normally lend people money, as far as I'm concerned she can go without whatever the fuck it is she wants to buy/pay for the next time she wants to borrow money from me.
