Coming home to find I have no Internet. I try everything I know to fix the connection and still nothing. Finally I call Telstra and they tell me there's an outage in my area and they'll text me when it's fixed.

They have everyone's mobile numbers on file and know where everyone lives and can message me when it comes back on; why the hell can't they set up a system that messages everyone as soon as there's an outage. It would've saved me a whole lot of frustration.

Maybe their automated message sending system relies on the connection that is down :P
