Probably a repost .. but the ability of taxi and small charter vehicle drivers just seems to go from bad to worse.

On the weekend had a taxi driver straddling the middle and right lane of the freeway, doing about 75 km/h while talking on his mobile. Driving is his profession, you'd think he'd be good at it.

Funnily enough, my optus mobile had mild signal in the bush area northwest of Denmark (the town, not the country), whereas my telstra work phone was devoid of any signals at all.

Depends where his driving experience is. That's how they drive in China/Indonesia/India, probably elsewhere too, but that's all I've seen first hand.

It is enough to make you scream when it's done here. Ggggrrr.
