Big thumbs up to the shipping company who have pissed around for 2 weeks with my stainless steel banding, only to present me with this:

Thanks a fucking lot you douche canones. And no, it wasn't shipped in a sea container like that as you claim, I highly doubt thats what it looked like when you took it out of the box considering the last 5217 banding deliveries I have recieved where in pine boxes and strapped together. Friday afternoon trying to "re-roll" 2.2T of 19mm stainless steel banding........

Send them an invoice for the re-rolling.

CSB - A mate sends banks invoices the time he spends on the phone to them and when they can't provide itemised breakdowns of fees they charge. They've always paid.

Fuck, what a mess. I'd definitely attempt sending them an invoice along with a cheeky letter suggesting they "consider it a discount" if they want to continue doing business.

What pisses me today: fucksticks that sit in a left turn only lane and decide they'll go straight instead and cut you off. Boy did I want to run the c#@t off the road.

300m before the lights there was a huge fucking illuminated flashing screen alerting drivers to the new layout.

Wouldn't be surprised if he'd give that a shot. I don't know anyone else who gets away with the kind of shit he does, gift of the gab. Obviously he doesn't send an invoice for a simple phone call, but has when things like payroll is delayed or deadlines are missed that are related to the bank fucking him around.

I think your mate needs to provide some form of proof.

There's a class action going on against the banks for silly charges, so I doubt they would just pony up for a random invoice provided by someone.

Took me and the old man 4 hours to sort out and I haven't re-weighed it to see how much I've lost - fingers crossed my client will still accept them, some of them look a bit mangled in areas......I've already lodged a damages form with the freight company, next thing I need to do is ring up my insurance - need to find out if I can claim for lost time etc. That will be an interesting meeting/phone call.

Craig, they are no longer going to be used. I've had other issues before (*not as bad) but this just takes the cake. I know theyv'e fucked them up, there is no way that a pallet would be allowed to ship from the UK in that condition, yet they bullshit to my face.

My guess would be swung into by the back of a fork lift.

Of my last 8 orders of detailing products with my main supplier they have somehow managed to incorrectly pick 6!

Today's $600+ order took 9 days (from Melbourne!) only to have 2 large quantities of microfibre cloths missing and another 2 items that were completely incorrect! Well over dealing with incompetence.

Unfortunately their products are brilliant, made in the US. Their local AUS distributor is not.
