from google:

Angels wings over the B&S means you have had a family member or someone very close or a lifelong Harley rider die on or off a Harley. Blue= non family or club member. Black= family (very rare & hard to find)

Out stretched eagle's wings means general freedom or for someone released from prison. The eagle's wings folded and the eagle's head turned and sitting means wings clipped: that person being incarcerated or cannot ride (anymore) for whatever reason.

The new style orange wings means a new rider and someone to be watched out for and needs a little guidance. Black wings is an experienced rider, silver wings means a highly experienced.

I think if you combine all the things i have done, I get muddy brown wings. Just the way I like it.
