Just on that note, mate of mine managed to get a permit fof his atmo blow off valve, so I don't think its a emission thing, cause the only thing that comes out of it really is air, think its more of a noise factor.

noise yes, but also metered air that changes your afr and causes your engine to not burn as clean

Yes that's true, he still went through all the emissions testing and it passed, hence why he has a permit for it, so long story short, yes you can get permits for Atmospheric BOV, but it's just a painful and not cheap process.

I probably have a stock 02 BOV somewhere I will have a look tonight.

I had permits for all my items on my wrx when i had it, Exhaust, bov, lowered, rims, gauges, pod.

but then i might have just been very lucky that morning and got a good guy. And i didn't go for a yellow i went in just for the permits.

farrrkkk the ferrari CS is 130 db.... but shes stock as a rock lol
