So do you know what they actually measured the noise of your exhaust at in comparison to what the cops measured it at ???

I just read the thread (I never normally do this )... Could you give us more information on what instrument they used to measure the exhaust noise level?

What did it look like? Did it have a little microphone thingy on it?
How far away from the tip did they have the sensor? 1m at 45 degree angle?
What rpm it may have been? (Limiter/halfway etc)

Yes it was a little microphone thingy.

1m away LOL more like 30cm away pointed straight at the canon LOL.

When they actual put his foot down it was around about 5000 - 6000rpm because my my red light rev limiter is at 6000rpm and it came on!

Just glad that the Canary is off now!
