You can screw in an m8 or m10 ( can't remember ) bolt into the threaded hole that's on the top hat of the rotor which will push it of the hub.

Nah, one or both of the small holes in the top hat will be threaded. Turn the right sized bolt in and it will lift the rotor off.
All my subie rotors have had these if I remember correctly.

Angry

Tripped over on uneven ground walking to the pub last night and rolled my ankle. Woke up the morning to a bruise on the side of my foot and unable to fully move it or properly weight bare. Fuck! Going to the docs tomorrow morning, don't think it's broken just sprained.

Slipped a pedal sprinting into a jump saturday during state champs practice. Other pedal smashed into the lip, i seat bounced over the bars, cleared the jump landing on my back. Back is pretty sore and have abit of whip lash. I now know what it feels like to be 60yrs old.
