I find there's a lot of import shitters that want to race all the time to prove themselves. A nice import rolls up and usually it's a nod and we're both on our way, but if some clapped out 180 comes up next to me I can almost bet he's going to want to race.

Imprezas and other WRXs are good for it too, I don't get much from v8s.

I live in an area where the Tour Down Under visits every year and without fail it brings out all the Lycra clad hometown wannabes every year for a month or so afterwards riding in packs and three or four abreast in 80kmh zones. My view is that until they pay some form of registration to be on the roadways, like I do with any one of the many cars I own, they can get out of my way.
