I have 19" x 8" on my 05 wagon with 235/35 running Federal Tyres.
Only thing is I was sold the wrong offset wheels from Swan Tyre Service. I was told the obvious story ...yeah mate you'll be fine - won't rub. Brought it back to have the owner tell me the tyres were damaged from the guards and he wouldn't replace them with 225's. I have since added camber bolts.....then coilovers (thanks Tenagah)... ...and now - Angle Grinder Allllmost no scrapping now. Please double check the offset YOURSELF - or buy from trustworthy person. |

jme, what sort of car is this? Pirelli make some good tyres but usually softer compound so they wear quicker, but on a light car they are ok. I think Maxxis make a good tyre with a similar tread pattern to Bridgestone s03's, which are a good tyre. Maxxis make them around $190 a corner for 17's (not sure for 19's) s03's are great, but not cheap...
Thats all i got dude! Last edited by ImPreSiV; 26-02-2007 at 04:24 PM. |

They're S03's Kym, not S203.

I ended up with khumo ecsta's 235/35/19 - prerequisite was for a decent all rounder that was quiet and reasonable cost.
Exley's tyre and brake in Willetton. Very knowledgeable and good service, highly recommended.
