from memory the law states that the plate must be reflective and must be at most 10 degrees from perpendicular from the road.

yep, to be legal plates must be reflective.

if you want to get some stick on ones made, maybe go see Safety Signs or someone similar that can actually make reflective stickers, not sure if they'll do number plate remakes but worth a shot?? just a thought

XR 61 WA has arrived at Joondalup licensing centre. Woot off i go

Edit: In and outta Joondalup licensing centre in less than 10min, cant complain for a packed Friday arvo!

yeah I know a guy with his licence plate as a sticker on his front lip.
It is reflective. He hardly drives his car but, so no problems with the fuzz yet.

Picked up my custom plates this afternoon too.
I got in and out of DPI in under 3 minutes.... took me longer to wind out the screws that held my plates on, they were about 3 inches long.

I tell ya what I did see......... a heap of our darker cousins in the carpark prowling the cars in the far corner....

one was nice enough to let me know that I didnt have any plates on as I was leaving
