iv just been to Lombardi Bro's yet to get the quote sent to me but they told me even tho only the door has been effected to blend the paints exactly they will need to spray part of the front fender and rear door, is this right? paint work on the car is good as new

Yeah sounds about right.

I had a similar thing done on my GTR. The rear quarter was damaged so they repainted that...and half of the door so it all blended/matched etc.

Let me know how you go with Lombardi Bros. I'm thinking I might take my car there.
