i know i should post a welcome here and i'll get to that soon but i've been reading on your project 06 thread and i'm just wondering, how do you go about some of these mods without voiding your warranty? ie CBE and whiteline springs.

i spoke to the guys i bought it off here in bunbury and they said an exhaust which narrows it down and i sent an email to melville with no reply, i'll call them tommorow and see how that goes.

pfft warranty, whats that?

Cat back exhaust, springs and swaybars will be the limit of 'pushing' the factory warranty. AFter that you can be held liable for any issues arising from further mods, be them related or not.....sad but true.

That being said, it also depends who is handling the warranty claims at your Subaru dealer.....I got my diff replaced a week before my warranty expired, and my car had bulk modifications, where as someone else will go to a dealer with minor mods, and they will be denied any warranty claims.

Its a real lottery, so to be safe, take it as Jme has said above!
