I think all the Razo knobs come with adapters to suit different thread ends, I know mine did. I would suggest that you carry a stubby holder or sock to put over the knob if you park your car in the sun because the metal knobs absorb quite a bit of heat, enough to burn your hand (talking from experience).

I recently purchased one from www.LatheWerks.com. Designed for the WRX.

I got the black copolymer knob with brass insert and shift pattern engraved on the top. It's nice and heavy and just screwed straight on out of the box.

HMM the reason for my first post was when i first clicked on the lathewerks.com link it came up with a picture of KOOL-AID MAN goin OHHH YEEEE...I lol'd

I personally like the look and feel of the spoon sports/honda s2000 aluminium/titanium gear knob. Feels awesome to shift with (but that could also be the close ratio box in the s2000). I have had a MOMO one and the yellow leather wore out very quickly. it too came with multi-fit adapters.
The one on your link looks the biz.
