Pic's?

Dependant if your car has been repaired before determines your course of action:

If you can verify that your car has NEVER been resprayed/touched up in acrylic you can use thinners to clean it up 'but I would suggest using prepsol 'wax-n-grease remover'.

Have you tried using a cutting compound type polish?

Alternately you can get hold of some wet and dry sandpaper 'I'd suggest something finer then 1200 if you're not comfortable using it'.

If you use wet and dry sandpaper you will need to buff the areas you applied it to when finished.

Regular old lacquer thinners will get it off.
As long as your car's factory clean coat is still 'good' it wont damage your paint.
It might take the shine out a little, but just give it a light cut and polish when you're done and it'll come back good as new.

EDIT: Is it still called "beaten" when you reply at the same time?

depends exactly what has blemished your panels, but this works great for many paint/dyes/texta etc. wont damage your paint. used to use it with great effectiveness on truck panels that got tagged.
