Default Rear Subaru stars badge on my06/07 wrx

Looking to debadge my my06 wrx, however I see there are holes drilled to "align" the badge.
Debadging will obviously leave two small-ish holes where the centring screws go through to the inside of the boot.
For those who have patched up, or covered-in these holes, or to anyone who know how-to; what is the easiest and cleanest way to fill (and paint) these holes?
I'm looking to do it as cleany as possible, like you wouldn't know there was once a badge there (If you weren't a Subaru enthusiast hehe).

Thanks in advance

Dan

Swap boot lids with someone that has an earlier model of the same
colour or just buy one from JWS etc and that way you can put the
stock one back whenever you want.

Cheers for the advice guys.

Any ideas on how much a paint/fill job would cost, and any good panel beaters for the job?
