Totally agree, but some people are a little bit finicky with new cars.

lol it is not hard at all to remove the front bumper just a few clips underneath the car, under the bonnet and in the wheel arches. also be sure to remove the covers for the headlight washers if your car has them. then pull on the bumper and it should come out.

Mattuz, the point being made here is there's no point removing it in the first place.

I'm sure it's happened before multiple times....but no one has ever seen the need to create a thread about it. Until now.

Sikaflex it on & never go through the stress of a lost nut again.

BTW - calling this an 'issue' is a bit of overkill.

I think someone needs to substitute some cement powder for sugar on their cornflakes...

and harden the f@%k up!

geez you must go through a lot of kleenex sweeteart if this is such an issue.

Thanks for the help mARC and others who have had something constructive to say to assist me, will get it sorted tonight.

apg39 I am new to Subarus and on my new car that I have no experience with I see it as an issue. If this happened on my other cars in the past I could easily resolved it but was wondering if there were any tips anyone had if this had happened before. Not being able to display a front plate seems like a fair issue to me?

type25 why be such a tool, I came looking for help and I think you need to grow the f@%k up and if you don't have anything useful to say stay the f@%k out of it.
