Default MY10 instrument cluster cover removal help!

firstly searched, got 500 hits, followed through on any that looked fruitful.

DIY: Changing your dash color for 02+ WRX (Version 1)

does not help. No screws in the inner cluster lining.
nor did the link to the nasioc forum.

Removing Dashboard

was no good either.

Instrument Cluster

also no good.

looks like this

I just bought a USDM Subaru boost gauge, actually I have two, but that is a different story.
I want to mount it "factory" style on top of the instrument cluster cover.
I cannot for the life of me get it off.
Can anyone help me with advice please?
cheers, Craig

More info:
I have the satnav out, the clock and the dash end panel, as per the instructions.
I am not taking the tmic off until I get the dash apart.

If your talking about the cluster bevel, there should be 4 clips holding it in place.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4Opm0dhHDo

Its shows the removal in the first few seconds.

I'll have a look at the service manual I have, I'm sure its detailed in there, if it is I'll send a copy your way

Thanks soksta,
I did not think of youtube. I am too old to think that laterally.
I am going to go downstairs and try that right now!
I would love a copy of the service manual too, if you do not mind?
cheers, Craig

Done. Thanks for the help. I had to pull MUCH harder than I expected to get it to come away.

OK, since I need to flip the template for right hand drive, which side should I mount it?
Door side or stereo side?

Can be arranged, PM sent.

I took some screen shots of what was in the manual, so hopefully these might be of some use to you.
