Default Sol-ace Tinting

Has anyone had any experience with Sol-ace in myaree? Got my car tinted there today and my clutch, brakes are feeling worn. Was balls hot today but the car fired straight up with very high oil pressure which makes me think that someone drove it and shut it down hot. Oil temp was cold. Think they put a couple of k's on the car which isn't cool but the tint was good and they seemed cool. Has anyone used them previously or heard anything bout them previously?

Cheeeeers.

Can't offer any help with Sol-Ace, but when leaving your car somewhere for work to be done on it, it's always a good idea to make a note of the km reading on your odo (if you're worried about joy-riders).

I always take a photo of the odometer on the phone and show it to the manager BEFORE handing over the keys. Saves this sort of occurrence happening.

If you're sure that's what happened I'll avoid them as I'm looking to tint my wife's car.

I'll throw in a +1 for TKO tint. They didn't do my car, but the owner gave me a large off-cut of frosted tint for free to be used on my aquarium

True that.! Shouldn't have rushed off to work. A mate of mine at work recommended TKO but it's a bit out of the way so I figured on Sol-Ace. They definately went for a spin, clutch is feeling worn and it's firing up pretty quick since someone has been kind enough to burn off the gunk on the spark plugs. Fairly pissed at them for driving it but the tinting job they did is really good and they cleaned my wheels up for me. At $355.00 to remove and install tint + a joy ride, I sure wont be going back.

Reckon they were just cleaning their brake dust off the wheels. Nice of them.
