Hi All,

Before anyone jumps up with the usual “use the search”, I have searched for window tinting and the information found is anywhere from one to three years old. I was wondering if anyone has any recent experiences and recommendations they can contribute.

I’m not after fancy designs just plan and simple window tinting.

I’ve started calling around and have been quoted the following for a MY09:

Midnight Express for $295 with 100 bucks off on promo.
Bolle with a pair of sun glasses for $545 or 100 bucks off without the sun glasses.

Should only have to tint the 2 front windows as im pretty
sure the rears have the factory privacy glass but not 100%
sure.

I used to tune cars with screwdrivers.
Clutch, Brake, Accelerate.

+1 for trent at tko.

i just got a quote $375 for 5% pretty much the darkest tint around. this includes removing the glue residue from my previously removed tint. i have used them before they need 5 days to get the tint and then it takes about 3 hours.

I used U need it in malaga..

Cheap as chips.. did the darker stuff.. fairly messy tho *didnt wipe stuff down.. had cuttings left in rear of 4wd.. but get what you pay for i guess

my mate Dan at Light To Dark always does my/family/friends/etc cars for hte past 15 years just about.. good job and good price and respects the car !!!!!!!!

another 1 to TKO tinting....did a verryyyy good on my STI...

darkest tint they have on my side window and 2nd darkest on rear 3rd darkest on front...i can post pics but im not at home at the moment

about 6months ago got quoted...$320 includes front windscreen, no other company would do
