Default Parts fabrication.

First off; Mods, delete this post if deemed inappropriate or move it to correct thread. .

Guys and gals, as I work in the steel fabrication industry I'm able to make various parts you might need for your cars. I'm offering a chance to get various parts made up if you're interested. Can bend, punch and weld things if needed. I'm thinking of just doing smallish things to start off.
Will be made from either stainless or galv sheet depending on what offcuts are available. Parts won't be painted but you can paint fairly easily if you really wish.

All I ask is a minor description of what the item is and a rough sketch with measurements.

All this will be FREE of charge to give something back to people who've helped me a great deal in my short time here.

Just pm me on here with what you'd like done and I'll get back to you.

Cheers, Brendan.

My boss is currently helping me design and build a front strut brace for my gc8, so once I'm done and have a decent knowledge of how to slap one together I'm keen to add that to my list.

Fire extinguisher bracket that bolts to the seat would be really handy & simple if you wanted to give that a go, I'll grab some measurements if you're keen.

Easy as, made one for one of the office blokes evo's the other day. Chuck the measurements up for me and what size bolt it is and I'll do it today if I have time.

The overall width of the seat rail is 450mm, bolt centre-to-centre is 417mm. It needs to step up 10mm after the bolts to clear some stuff under the carpet.

The seat rails have an 18mm x 12mm slot for the bolt to go through.

As for the extinguisher, its bracket has 149mm between bolt centres, and the holes are 6.5mm (I'm sure I can drill these if need be).

Patch, what's your number mate, I'll send a photo of what I've got so far. Managed to find a strip of aluminum too.
