Wow calm down guys. He could be asking for a mate or regards to completely different car. Closed door resprays can be had for cheap to moderate. Best bet would be to ring afew different garages. I and a few others on this site highly recommed Owen at Melpham motors smash repair.

$1,500 for a paint job is a very good price, what are you expecting to pay?

Its a 1500 dollar spray on a 6k car - some people need some perspective.

The Mr is a qualified painter and may be able to do it for you? He would have to see photos or the car itself to quote a price though.

More than likely. Thats why I also said to see the car itself!

He's good at what he does though! His boss just keeps paying him more and more money so that he wont leave!
