i got a few.....hundred.... little rock chips on the front edge of my bonnet. im sure it happens to everyone, with trucks flicking u up shit all the time. just wondering if you can get a wrc blue colour polish and if that will make it look clean again?

The only way to fix it, is to get the bonnet resprayed, or do what some people have done, and painstakingly fill in each chip with an extremely fine paint brush (like the types used for painting model trains and such), and properly matched paint, then a full cut and polish.
The last method can work if the paint is perfectly matched, but if its not, then you'll have lots of discoloured dots just like before. |

Go to a panel beater and they will match the paint
A repsray of your bonnet would be like $300-$500 if you ask me. |

Getting my bonet resprayed $259 in white massive stone chips in it from when i drove down from Darwin. Was also told that the older subaru bonets are actually Galvanised so paint doesn't actually stick to it really well so going to happen again and again . O this is for my 93 Impreza
