bumper wrappping

My front and rear bumpers are a mess, to get em removed, stripped and painted will be worth more than the car

Anyone do wrapping south of the river and how well could you wrap an 06 sti front bumper? idea on cost?

Secondly my steering wheel needs some love any ideas?
