Default Cooling Components --- Silicon hoses, radiators, thermostat, Cusco/HKS/Blitz Rad Caps

Hi Guys,

We have once again joined up with a few Cusco distributors worldwide and have begun our own manufacture of top quality Japanese Silicon hoses, 71degC performance thermostats and high performance aluminium radiators. Silicon hoses and thermostats have arrived in Perth.

INGMAX 71deg Thermostat --- This radiator thermostat from INGMAX Japan opens at 160 degrees F (71 C) instead of the stock thermostat's 172 F (78 C).

The temperature that brings out the best performance from EJ turbo motor is 70C-80C. The stock thermostat opens at 78C and the water circulates after it has become too hot, so it increases beyond 80 Cduring hard driving, causing substantial power loss

Other performance thermostats (Chinese made) open at 154 F (68 C), which can cause the engine to run TOO cold -- if the car never leaves warm-up mode, you'll see bad gas mileage and reduced performance.

INGMAX thermostats have been manufactured and properly tested in Japan. Let's run the engine cooler and more powerful!

P.WRX $ 45. RRP $65

These silcone hoses are made in Japan and is a cooperation between Evolution R and 2 other Cusco distributors.

To aid further cooling, we also offer silicon rad hose and fan controller.

Also, as part of our promise to deliver more cooling components, below is the Top of the line Pivot dual stage fan controller from Japan. The top-of-the-line unit comes with a digital water and oil temp meter built-in.

This unit allows the fans to kick in earler at the preset temp with control via the stock ecu and also allows a read out of water and oil temp to an accuracy of +/- 0.02 degC.
Coupled with a high flow race radiator, lower temp thermostat and quality silicon rad hoses, water temps can be lowered significantly through more efficient cooling.

This leads to better performance of the engine by increasing hp output through efficient cooling.

Pivot Super Temp Controller STC with option of water temp sensing -- P.WRX $235

Why radiator silicon hoses?
They are 5x stronger than factory rubber hoses and 10x more durable. They will hold the pressure better in the cooling system and allow better flow rates for the coolant.

The hose kits are designed to replace original equipment in a wide range of performance vehicles, both in motorsport and fast road use. Superb integrity and superior performance reduces the risk of component failure and enables higher temperatures and pressures to be maintained with complete confidence.

Many times, overheating is caused by deteriorated factory rubber hoses which split and cause coolant leakage. Such situations will lead to overheating of the engine, most times before the driver realises it, engine is damaged.

Do not compare these with Ebay items or Chinese copies. Those only do 1 or 3 layered silicon hoses that are very poorly constructed.
In saying this, we are giving all OZ customers a 2 year unlimited km warranty on the hoses. We are the first manufacturers to do this.

Below cross-sectional view of our newly manufactured hose --- 4-layered reinforced silicon which is manufactured very neatly and unable to be copied in other 3rd world countries:

Hi Mao.
Are you going to do full kits that replace all coolant hoses, or just top & bottom radiator hoses, suit 05STI.

What we have done here is to reverse engineer all the silicon hoses and start from scratch. Basically, we buy the genuine Subaru items and make moulds of them.

Trying to balance cost effectiveness as we go along. It is basically 70per cent labor and 30% machine.

We are in the process of manufacturing and will slowly build the kits up.
Full kits should be available in a month.

Guys, we are also able to custom any silicon hose you want for any application as long as we have the design or sample.

Hey man, do you do the silicon radiator hoses in black for an 06 Sti.
How much for a 1.3 bar radiator cap and a new thermostat.
Finally how much to fit my new koyo radiator and fill with fluid roughly.
Cheers Al
