Just got these newly in stock from Japan. JIC Spartan Bullet SUS505 Catback for GC and GD WRX/STi. This exhaust system is fully SUS500 Stainless. The JIC system is 3" throughout and welding is only present at the resonator. The rest of the system is machine fabricate as one single piece. JIC Spartan bullet is a high flowing exhaust made in Japan. It also includes a easily removable muffler silencer which would provide a factory quiet exhaust note when in place.

We have just installed the JIC Bullet Spartan SUS505 Exhaust and HKS front pipe on a MY03 WRX. This vehicle already had a 3" exhaust, which we replaced with the JIC system and HKS turbo front pipe.

Below is the Power run results which shows torque improvement with a 10hp increase over the previous 3" exhaust system. This system also meets JASMA standards and keeps the noise decibels (Db) within legal requirements, while giving a throaty boxer note. Will post up pic of exhaust sytem fitted on vehicle shortly.

Rear muffler connection is an example of the fuss and detail Japanese manufacturers put into their work. There is an expansion spring that is incoporated into the connection :

We have just got in stock the JIC SUS 505 Exhaust System with Full Titanium Muffler. This is a 3" single system with a centre resonator and titanium muffler, allowing for maximum exhaust flow. The JIC system essentially fits all late model hatchback Subaru Imprezas from the GH8, GR STi to the current models. There is also a removal silencer in the titanium muffler for those who want to keep the boxer exhaust note down.

However, the JIC Sus 505 with Titanium muffler was manufactured for maximum exhaust flow, which means that the single muffler exits on the right and those with a twin outlet muffler system will have a blank on the bottom right hand bumper.
