+1 with the local forum but the parts in SIN would be pretty similar to here, thanks to the www. But there are a few places you could visit during your trip, these places are not bus/MRT friendly, you might have to catch a cab from the city.

Ubi industrial park – most of the smaller car garages and accessories shops will be there in the same complex, there will be interesting cars to see in/outside the garages. Some shops do stock bites for dak daks.

Autobacs – Huge store for your accessories and all.

Those above places will be approx 15-30min cab ride from the city, depending on the traffic.

hey dude,

i went there last year and yeah the walkabouts are fine. like it was said before, if u sit in the first row of grandstands u cant see much anyway.

walk about is fine, as you have access to most areas and there are many good lookouts (for the price) and many places to sit.

i was at the padang grandstand.. good if you want the concerts. but you can get to some concerts as well, thru the walkabout tickets.

what kind of car accessories you looking for?

I am looking at tickets to the area 4 walkabout so I can see Linkin Park play.

Pretty excited about it to be honest! Got a full schedule of things to do in Singapore. This will be trip number 8 over there but I hear things have changed a lot since my last visit in 2005. So keen to see the Mega structures sky garden!

Thats the one I had in my mind but sold for words, HKS garage is the one I when to was well worth it and then spend 1/2 a day at SimLim square :P

also noticed that most non dodgy tyre shop can order in JDM rims
