If you're having issues on D3 check what server you are on the last few days have been average on US servers and there is scheduled maintenance every Tuesday night

Heya, sorry to hear you are not getting to play much.
Are you playing on PC? I play both on PC and PS4
Not had any problems in connecting, only had problems (which everyone did) at the very beginning when the released D3 and if in a time when too many are on...then Battlenet queues the log in's.
Have you updated the game to reaper of souls? if not...do, much better.
Like joker suggested, try different region.

Cheers boys, yes playing on PC and have Reaper of Souls expansion pack. Currently using the Americas server after reading the Battlenet forums about the Aus/NZ server piggy backing from the Americas one. Could try the Asia server again although I didn't have any luck with that one when I first installed the game.
