Default PS3 media centre software

Looking for some decent (and free if possible) media centre software that'd run on my PC which is networked to the PS3. Video, photo, music if possible.

I've used one before...tversity i think, worked well untill one day it decided to crash, and hasn't stopped crashing since. Another problem with tversity which annoyed me a bit was to do with the number of files in a directory...if some limit was exceeded it wouldn't show the rest

Look at twonky media or tversity. Both are excellent and need less computing resource than WMP.

Used to use tversity and it was fantastic until I downloaded the latest version. Mine keeps crashing too. Tried everything to get tversity to work again, but just settled for WMP11 as well rather than installing more crap.

I read some ps3 forums and apparently it's quite a common problem but noone has found a definite fix. The only problem with going back to WMP is it can't play all the files like tversity could...
