The above code snippet says that the term "ISP Filtering" be ignored when generating the tag cloud, effectively censoring it from the most popular search topics on the front page of the minister's site. of his filter. He never will... he won't even be able to understand
or comprehend the fact that he does not understand.

Its kind of like trying to teach a cat the concepts of ohms law. Not
only will it not understand, it has no comprehension or admission that
it doesn't understand because the concepts are beyonds its mental
capacity.
