Does anybody else have the problem with youtube that every video they watch it says We're sorry this video is no longer available but you go to another computer and it works fine?

I have deleted all of my browser cache, forms, passwords etc.. I still have the problem. I created a new user account, still got the same problem.

Go to another machine and it works fine.

I have tried 2 different browsers on the same machine too.

I have googled fixes but they are few and far between and all pretty much say try a new user account, delete history etc..
