Not true, I bought the Tool songs about half way through career mode.

yeah i also bought the tool songs halfway through career mode. Took quite a while to get through them however. Schism guitar riff takes a bit of practice to master, then the hardest part I find is keeping the focus the whole song to keep doing the same riff.

If you want to earn more money but not do any of the set gig lists, easiest thing is to design your own (scroll to the far right of the gig list room)
