G25 does not work with XBOXONE.

No current XBOX or XBOX 360 wheels will be compatible with XBOX ONE.
You will need to purchase a new wheel.

Quick Google… there's plenty of info on the situation. Here's something off the top, including a video with some talk of how the new systems will improve what the wheels (and other peripherals) will be capable of.

As for midnight launches: never understood them from a gamer's practical standpoint.
*Say up all day
*Purchase game at midnight
*Get home, install it, DL updated
*1AM you start playing
*Play till you're truly tired (6AM or whatever)
*Try and fucking go to work. Fail.
*Enjoy feeling crap for next few days as your body clock is out of alignment.

I'd rather buy the game in the morning / after work thanks!

It depends on what your commitments are the following day really. My working week doesn't start again until 7pm Sunday night, so why not go get it and play all night, seeing all of the coming week I'll be awake at work all night? Situation dependent.
