Yeah, $1200 excess, but hopefully work will pay for that. I'm just about to walk out the door to go down to busselton, hence the tuesday. Insurance company doesn't seem to care about a police report or not.

Still clinging to the grim hope that i will find who is responsible for this and then get them to admit fault/find someone who saw it happen, but obviously thats fairly unlikely. Yes it sucks, and yes its ridiculous that even though i obviously didn't do it i/work still has to pay the excess.

But shit happens, not much i can do about it now.

Yeah i was, i was tying up the front of the car cause it was dragging along the ground. Yeah, just finished the 6 speed conversion, new wheels and front brembos were due to go on wedneday, but i guess thats not happening now.

The excess cable is my half finished install, and me being extremely lazy. I know its not great, but there is no danger with it in it's current state(it's well fused and its not rubbing on anything). It will be fixed once i get it back though.

As i say, its fully insured, so they will be taking care of the bonnet, but thanks anyway guys. Still i might go the GX bonnet option, but i was thinking about changing to a top mount, i guess i have some thinking to do.
